Nerf Battle World Record Set in Arlington
Jared Guynes of Rockwall declared a Nerf War. The battlefield, AT&T Stadium in Arlington. The weapon of choice, Nerf guns.
His "Nerf and Turf" battle also set a Guinness World Record for the battle according to the Dallas Morning News.
Technically it was for the largest toy pistol fight. According to Jared's Facebook page, 2,289 were verified in the event using 4,394 Nerf guns. Guynes previously attempted the record in 2014, but fell short.
In addition to breaking records, the event raised money for victims of the Garland and Rowlett tornadoes last December.
