You probably know that no law enforcement officer is going to break down your door in Texas over throwing something away that shouldn't have gone into your normal trash can.

But if we know there are certain items that should not be thrown away in our normal garbage can then we should do our best to dispose of those items in another way.

Because while the police might not haul us to jail, our garbage pickup company could fine us if we continue to make the same mistake, which will make the job of their employees more difficult.

While I have to admit that I have never worked for a garbage company myself, I have a couple buddies that I play fantasy sports with, and I will say they are some hard-working people.
