East Texans will be looking for something to do outdoors this weekend after spending a week locked up inside due to the deep freeze that Old Man Winter decided to throw at us this past week.

With more normal and above-normal temperatures coming, we'll be looking for something to do outside. While the spring festival season is still a few weeks away, East Texas is still full of fun, family-friendly events that the family can attend, along with some events for adults only!

Some of what's happening this weekend is:

  • spring gardening seminar
  • car show
  • yard and craft sale
  • a dueling piano event
  • a bridal expo

Here's a look at what's happening this weekend in East Texas.
