Baby Girl Given Up For Adoption Without Father’s Consent [VIDEO]

This is the strangest news story I've ever heard. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. A man is seeking custody of the daughter he never knew was given up for adoption.   First of all, how in the world did a father not know his daughter was being adopted and how did the adoption happen without the father agreeing?

It seems the father was in the military and the mother did not let the father know what she was doing. In fact ABC News reports that the adoption agency knew the father didn't know, and still adopted out the baby.

Now the couple who adopted the little girl and her biological father, are in a major custody battle for the child. The little girl is now 2 years old and the couple that adopted her, has had her since birth. I can't imagine how the family feels, on both sides of this awful situation.

I'm just in shock that something like this can in the United States. I feel for the family that adopted the child, but I have to go with father on this one, just going on what we know so far. Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
