Get a Taste of History with Chuck Wagon Races this Weekend

Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Diamond B Ranch in Neches, watch a piece of history with Chuck Wagon Races. Races start at 1 P.M. each day.

In addition to the races, there will be trail rides, cowboy poetry, hoof care clinics, horse auction, barn dances, and cowboy church. But there are numerous other activities for all ages.

Moon Swanson, owner of Double B Ranch, told Palestine Herald Press that participants come from as far away as Canada and Australia.

You can camp at the event or just purchase an individual day ticket. Camping is $20 a day for adults and $10 a day for children from 5 to 12. Tickets for each day are $15 for adults and $5 for children from 5 to 12.
