Get Wet With The SPCA of East Texas
It’s a big problem here in East Texas and the SPCA of East Texas is doing their best to find homes for a lot of homeless animals here in Smith County and all over East Texas. Coming up Saturday, August 18th there’s a great way you can help out the SPCA of East Texas and have some family fun at the same time.
Bring the entire family out to The Waterpark @ The Villages and have a fun time splashing and sliding around in the water and help our homeless animals. A part of each admission will be donated to the SPCA of East Texas and help find homeless animals a home that they deserve.
The SPCA of East Texas is looking to build a new facility that will serve the animal service needs of the City of Tyler, Smith County and other municipalities in the county. This fundraiser will hopefully raise quite a bit of money to help them achieve their goal.
This facility wouldn’t really be needed if responsible pet owners would just listen to the infamous words of Bob Barker, ” Bob Barker reminding you: help control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered. Goodbye, everybody!” Bob would say this at the end of every episode of The Price Is Right.
