Whiskey Myers is getting bigger by the minute, and rightfully so.

First there was "Ballad of a Southern Man" that put the boys from Tyler on the proverbial Texas country map. Their popularity continued to grow, and already reached new heights upon the release of their new album "Early Morning Shakes," which vaulted to No. 1 on the iTunes country chart.

Their songs were released by huge names such as Taste of Country, Texas Monthly Magazine, Yahoo! Music and more.

Because of their sound and Cody Cannon's voice, Whiskey Myers has long been compared to the likes of legendary southern rock bands, namely Lynyrd Skynyrd. They even mention Skynyrd's "Simple Man" in their smash hit "Ballad of a Southern Man."

Now we get to see the boys do a Skynyrd cover, and they nail it.

Esquire magazine posted a "Live Session" video on its site of Cannon and guitarist Cody Tate doing a cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd's "All I Can Do is Write About It."

In a word, it's exceptional.

We're not able to upload the video on our site, but you can click here to check it out on Esquire.com. You won't regret it.
