East Texas Favorite Apple Gal Opening New Location
(KNUE-FM) It’s incredible to see how many people are working to make their dreams come true here in East Texas. Just a few days ago I was telling you about the amazing family-owned cheesecakes made fresh in Lindale, and now we’re hearing that the Tyler gourmet caramel apple shop, The Apple Gal Candy Co. is now going to be expanding to a second location.
Apple Gal Expanding Beyond Tyler
Most people in East Texas have heard of Apple Gal or seen her delicious products online, as she has created quite the following. Apple Gal is owned by Morgan Francis and she has now confirmed that her second location will be opening in Waco.
I was sent the details by a friend as they were hoping to see another location pop up in East Texas, specifically Longview, but regardless of the location it’s tremendous to see a local business doing so well a second location is opening.

Where to Find Apple Gal in Tyler
It’s been three years since Apple Gal opened in Tyler off Earl Campbell Pkwy, the exact address is 2459 Mosaic Way, Tyler, TX. Business has been booming ever since.
If you’re not familiar with Apple Gal, their website describes the treats perfectly. The Apple Gal Candy Co. hand-dips Granny Smith apples in a house-made caramel that’s not too sweet, not too sticky, and truly delicious. Then toppings are added to make the apples look amazing and taste even better.

What We Know About the Waco Location
Fans are wondering where the new Waco location will be. It’s going to be near the popular Waco Magnolia district. The hope is to have the new location open on April 1.
A huge congratulations to Morgan Francis on her success, but it was only possible because she was willing to put in the work. It’s wonderful to see hard-working East Texans find success, especially when it’s something they are passionate about.
