DFW Airport Parking Prices Just Went Up, and Texans Aren’t Happy
At this point, most Texans are used to prices going up on just about everything. It's annoying, but we just have to deal with it. And now we have another thing that we must deal with, and that is the parking prices at the DFW airport just went up.
How Much Does Parking at DFW Airport Cost Now?
Here's what you'll pay when driving up without a reservation:
- Terminal parking: $37 per day with TollTag or $40 by credit card
- Express covered parking: $23 with TollTag or $25 by credit card
- Express uncovered parking: $20 with TollTag or $22 by credit card
- Remote parking: $14 with TollTag or $16 by credit card
- Valet parking: $55 per day
The prices are getting ridiculous, but complaining about them isn’t going to help anything. But this is a good reason to plan ahead when you’re traveling out of the DFW airport.

Here's How I Try to Save Money When Traveling
As someone who loves to travel but is still frugal with money, I despise having to pay those outrageous prices. Instead, my wife and I normally park at a nearby hotel that is in a safe place, so we know our vehicle won’t be damaged while we are away, and we don’t have to deal with those prices.
Make sure you shop around so you can get the best price possible, but again, make sure you pick one that you feel is a safe location. Although, some say maybe getting an Uber/Lyft to the airport is the best option now.
As you would expect, the comments online about this latest price increase are hilarious as people are just fed up with the price of everything going up. Some people said that the DFW airport should just make it an even $100 per day, so it’s easy to add up.

Even Picking Someone Up Costs Money
Just remember even a simple pickup or dropoff at the DFW airport is now going to require money from your bank account. Ugh.
