Join KNUE, a Local Hero + Disney Star at Cavender’s on Saturday

Join KNUE on Saturday (May 5) at Cavender's Boot City on Loop 323 in Tyler from 10 a.m. to noon. I will have a very special guest, Miss Maci Drewry, who is from Tyler and was chosen as this year's 'Hero Of The Month' for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! Joining us will be Maci's friend, Davis Cleveland, star of Disney's "Shake It Up!"

Parents, bring your kids and join us for a special day with Maci and Davis. Maci is the face of Cystic Fibrosis and is such a champion for the cause. Maci met Davis a while back and they became fast friends. Davis is also a champion for CF and helps Maci educate the public on the disease.

Cystic Fibrosis is a disease passed down through families that causes thick, sticky mucus to build up in the lungs, digestive tract and other areas of the body. It is one of the most common chronic lung diseases in children.

But Maci is a very strong young lady with a great drive and attitude. Don't miss your chance to meet this awesome girl and her TV pal Davis. Your kids will love it and so will you!

Maci will be introducing her Maci's Miracle Charity Lip Balm. All of the proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Moms, every little girl will have to have some lip balm!
