Who doesn't love a good breakfast in Texas?

Pancakes, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, grits, french toast -- I don't care what it is, I love it all.

I'm always on the search for a new favorite restaurant to grab breakfast -- especially in my current city of Tyler, Texas. It seems no matter where I go, there is always something new to try. My current breakfast fixation is a local place called The Grove -- I just can't get over the time I had their French toast. Delicious.

While I may have my favorite(s), I'm still always excited to try new places. And maybe even moving a new place into that number one spot.

I recently stumbled on a list of the best hole-in-the-wall breakfast spots in each state, giving me another place to add to my 'to try' list.

Where is the best hole-in-the-wall breakfast in Texas?

For us East Texans, the best hole-in-the-wall breakfast joint isn't all that far. It's located in Fort Worth, about a two-hour drive away. I'm not someone who would be opposed to a day trip to try out this spot and maybe explore the city a little more afterward.

The restaurant is called Old Neighborhood Grill. According to Microsoft Start, some of the business's best staple breakfast dishes are crisp hash browns, biscuits, and breakfast tacos. Although, there are many other -- I'm sure tasty -- items listed on the menu.

From the photos in the restaurant's Google Reviews, it does look like they serve up some hearty breakfast platters most Texans are sure to love.

So, would you make the trip from East Texas -- or wherever you may live -- to give this hole-in-the-wall a try?
