Wade Bowen's brand new album "The Given" is out today. You can download it here. I was glad to welcome the Waco native by Radio Texas, LIVE! last week to talk about the album, but we also talked about his sons, his first trip into the Top 40, and I had Five Questions waitin' on him with questions ranging from women's wrestling to Betty White. Check out all the fun.

Wade's been touring Texas, growing a monstrous and ravenous fan base for 14 years. He's released five albums, including 2010's "Live at Billy Bob's." He's seen great radio success here in his home-state with singles like "God Bless This Town," "Trouble," "Nobody's Fool" and many more. But earlier this year, with his single "Saturday Night" Bowen saw his very first single crack the Mediabase Top 40, Wade and I talked about what that meant to him.

A few weeks ago a video was uploaded to Youtube of Wade and his sons performing together on stage, after The Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam. It was a cool moment between Wade and his sons that ended up being shared with everyone, he and I hit on that next.

Next, was Wade's first time to play Five Questions. Topics ranged from a super-continent and man jewelry to women's wrestling and Betty White, plus more. Check out how Wade did.

Finally, we debuted his new single "To Live is To Fly." Wade tells about it's legendary writer, one Townes Van Zandt and the opportunity to sing the song with another legend, in Guy Clark.

Wade's new album "The Given" is out now, be sure to check it out. Stay up to date with everything Wade Bowen via his website, follow him on Twitter and like him on Facebook. I'll leave you with his KNUE Front Porch Performance of "Saturday Night," enjoy!
