Waiting Period to Get Remarried in Texas? 

In Texas, a person is required to wait 30 days from the date of their divorce to get married to their new spouse. The only time this waiting period is not needed is if you’re going to remarry the person you just divorced.  

Life is short, do everything possible to make yourself and your spouse happy. Just know that in the state of Texas you’re only allowed to be married to one spouse at a time.
