You Can Now Own a Piece of the Von Erich’s Wrestling History

The Von Erich family is one of the most iconic Texas families. Pretty much the entire state loved to watch the family wrestle. Sadly, the Von Erich family story is also one of the most tragic in all of sports.

The last of the Von Erich brothers, Kevin, has been working to bring his family back into the spotlight. There was even a fantastic movie recently released about the family. Well, now, you have the opportunity to own a piece of that family's history through an auction in Dallas.

Own a Piece of the Von Erich's Wrestling History in Dallas

The Von Erich family was a major part of the wrestling scene in the 1980s. Kerry was the star with brothers David, Kevin, and Mike all playing a part in the family's success in the ring. Kerry even took home the World Heavyweight Title after defeating "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair in 1984.

The Iron Claw was released in 2023 telling the story of the Von Erich brothers and their rise to prominence in professional wrestling. It is a fantastic, albeit tragic, movie to watch. Zac Efron stars as Kevin Von Erich and puts on a great performance.

Von Erich Auction in Dallas

Heritage Auctions in Dallas will host an auction on February 22 and 23 (WFAA). In that auction, you'll have the chance to bid on match-worn trunks, robes, autographed photos, and other pieces of the Von Erich's family history.

The Von Erich family is once again making its mark in professional wrestling. Kevin's sons, Marshall and Ross, are a tag team in All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Their cousin, Lacey, Kerry Von Erich's daughter, was a part of Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling until her retirement in 2010.
